DEALER/VENDOR AGREEMENT
- Spaces are reserved and guaranteed on a first come, first served basis. SPACES WILL BE RESERVED WITH A FIFTY (50) PERCENT DEPOSIT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Balances for tables, electricity or other charges must be paid for at check-in.
- To cancel a pre-paid reservation, you must call before NOON on the MONDAY before the show. Your deposit can be credited to a future show within three months of cancellation or refunded. All cancellations are subject to a $10.00 administrative fee.
- There is a $35.00 services charge on all returned checks.
- Requests for specific space locations will be considered. Promoter reserves the right to change any assigned space of Vendor/Dealer and relocate for any reasonable cause in his sole judgment.
- All merchandise must fall in the category of antiques/collectibles/vintage/miscellaneous and are subject to Promoter's approval. Promoter reserves the right to cancel a booth reservation or require alteration of any merchandise or activity that is inconsistent with the quality, theme or image of the show.
- Vendor/Dealer CANNOT pull their vehicles into the building.
- Vendor/Dealer bracelets will be provided and must be worn by all Vendor/Dealer on the day of the event. Any Vendor/Dealer found obtaining bracelets for those other than legitimate assistants will be barred from all future events.
- Vendor/Dealer must notify the Promoter if he/she will be arriving after 8:30am during the show.
- romoter is entitles to re-sell spaces not claimed by 8:00am on Sunday and payments will be forfeited.
- Vendor/Dealer must keep exhibit open during all show hours. There will be no early packing during the show hours. Any Vendor/Dealer found packing early may be barred from future events.
- Vendor/Dealer must keep his/her exhibit within the designated boundaries and avoid interference with other booths and Vendor/Dealer. Vendor/Dealer are NOT allowed to tape, tack or hang any items on the walls of the building. It is advised that if you desire to “lean” items against the walls to ensure that they are clean and will not leave marks.
- Vendor/Dealer must duly report all sales made during the show in accordance with the appropriate sales tax regulations, and abide by all pertinent city, country, state, and federal laws, ordinances, fire and safety codes.
- Vendor/Dealer who request electricity should bring a twenty-five (25) foot extension cord and duct tape to secure the cord to the floor to prevent a trip hazard.
- Disorderly conduct such as fighting or drunkenness will not be tolerated. Vendor/Dealer cannot smoke inside any building on the market venue. Smoking is permitted outside and 50’ from the event entrance.
- Vendor/Dealer is responsible for the payment of any damage charges assessed by the market venue for accidental damage caused by Vendor/Dealer or for failure to observe the rules and regulations for the construction and operations of his/her booth.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: The request to reserve vendors space constitutes an express contractual agreement between myself and Crossroads Flea Market and it is understood and agreed that by signing this agreement I fully and finally release and hold harmless both Crossroads Flea Market, its agents, and employees, and the Landlord of the venue, and its agents and employees from any and all liability for all claims of every nature and kind whatsoever, including death, personal injury, loss, theft, or damages to personal property, whether or not caused Crossroads Flea Market or Landlord’s own negligence or the negligence of their agents and employees.
Vendor/Dealer Information: Booth size is 10’ X 10’. Booth rental is $25.00 if RSVP’d and paid 10 or more days
prior to the date of the event or $30.00 for 9 days or less from the event.
Table are available, in limited numbers, and are highly encouraged to be reserved
Table rental is: 9’ table are $4.00ea, 6’ table are $3.00ea and 60” round tables are $2.00ea.
Chairs are also available for $2.00ea.
